Do I need to be “strong” in my faith to join?
No. The Reset is for believers at any stage of their walk. You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need a willingness to show up and commit to the process.

Each day we will provide you with a daily devotional to help you reconnect with God, renew your mind, and rebuild spiritual consistency.
Each day we will be committing to 45 minutes of physical activity. This can include walking, stretching, or light exercise.
Every day we will give you a brief reflection prompt to help you slow down, recount your day, and process your thoughts and emotions.
As part of the Reset, we will be committed to a simple nutrition discipline for 30 days to reset our bodies, sharpen focus, and practice self-discipline: No fast-food, No sweets, No fried foods, No heavily processed junk foods, and No Soda/Sugary Drinks
We will check-in intentionally to share progress, reflect together, encourage one another, and stay accountable throughout the 30 days.

The Reset is about consistency, not perfection. If you miss a day, you’re encouraged to re-engage and keep moving forward. Community and accountability are built in to support you, not shame you.
The Reset is designed to fit into real life. Each day you will commit a minimum of 20-30 minutes to devotions, prayer, and reflection, 2-3 minutes for daily check-ins, along with a minimum of 45 minutes of exercise (roughly around 1 hour and 15 minutes per day)
Daily practices are simple and intentional, and the structure is meant to help you gain clarity and focus, not add stress to your day. Discipline is key to succeed in this challenge.
The Reset is holistic. Spiritual growth is the foundation, with movement and nutrition supporting clarity, discipline, and stewardship of your body. Everything is designed to strengthen your walk with God.
